The two Romanian plants produced nearly 50,000 passenger cars in November, bringing the total number of cars manufactured for the year to far to 473,535 units.

According to Profit.ro, under these conditions, the full-year output is likely to surpass the record set in 2019 and the 500,000 unit mark.

Dacia produced 33,066 vehicles in November, which is more than the company’s monthly average for this year. This trend is excellent. Ford Otosan built 15,496 automobiles in Craiova at the same period, which is more than the previous month but less than the manufacturer’s typical monthly output.

Ford saw a decline in activity as a result of the withdrawal of the EcoSport from manufacturing and the start-up of the production of new models. This year, Dacia will surely surpass the 300,000-unit mark; however, it is uncertain whether Ford will surpass the 200,000-unit mark.
