Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) in Türkiye

In November 2022, RPPI increased monthly by 3.8 percent, recorded an annual increase of 174.3 percent in nominal terms and 54.0 percent in real terms.

The Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) (2017=100), which measures quality adjusted price changes of dwellings in Türkiye stands at 628.6 in November 2022 by a monthly increase of 3.8 percent.

The RPPI increased annually by 174.3 percent in nominal terms and by 54.0 percent in real terms.

In November 2022, the RPPI increased monthly by 3.9, 4.5 and 4.3 percent in İstanbul, Ankara and İzmir respectively. İstanbul, Ankara
and İzmir recorded an annual increase of 186.3, 181.6 and 176.0 percent respectively.
