As a joint-stock company, we have taken a decision on the ordinary general meeting in the board of directors in September 2019. The agenda is related to take a decision for the payment of profit distribution for 2018. As a result, in the period of September 2019, the minutes of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting for the distribution and payment of 2018 profit are certified in the notary public. Does this decision of board of directors have to be registered?

This decision does not have to be registered. However, the notarized minutes and the list of attendants can be submitted to the registry to be filed, with a petition.
