We got work permit for Syrian worker under the temporary protection last year and it finished on 14.08.2019.  We have applied for new work permit before ending, but the permit has not been confirmed yet and it is not certain whether it will be confirmed or not. Therefore, I think that I need to make termination with the date of 14.08.2019 and code of 05 (termination of fixed-term employment contract) on the system and then make the employment transaction again within 30 days, when the permit is confirmed. Is there any missing or wrong transaction?

The transactions that you will make are correct. It means duration of employment and termination of the contract.

You need to terminate the employment of the person on the system and make the employment transaction again with the permit.
