Can the company continuously make advance payments to all employees each week to be set off from their salaries?

Personnel advances are the pre-paid money for the salaries, wages and travel allowance of the personnel and workers and are followed in the personnel advance account. (196). Payments to the employee are credited to this account and the amounts deducted from the returns in cash and allowances and the documents brought by the employee are credited.
